Before your parcel arrives

When does the delivery estimate start?

The two-working-day estimate starts when the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order preparation, carrier delays and any applicable customs processing may extend delivery.

Standard delivery is £4.50 per order, not per vial. Delivery is free when the product subtotal after discounts is £69 or more. The applicable charge is displayed before payment.

The destinations listed here are the United Kingdom and Romania. This page does not confirm delivery to other destinations.

Returns & order support

The returns procedure, verified contact details and applicable sales terms are still being finalised. They will be published before orders are accepted. This is not a final returns policy and does not limit any applicable rights.

Please do not send products or payments to an unverified address.
